About Me

I began my journey as a swimmer, which was my initial form of exercise and movement. I felt an incredible sense of freedom in the water! My swimming coach recommended ballet as a way to enhance my coordination. This resulted in my falling in love with the art form. Ballet took me to places I never imagined, introduced me to people from all over the world, and helped me discover my true purpose.

However, ballet is a physically demanding profession and it can lead to injuries. The hypermobility in my joints, while beneficial for creating the balletic line, made me more susceptible to injuries. After undergoing a few surgeries and fantastic physical therapy, I made a full recovery.

Seeking a different approach to muscle training, I turned to weight lifting. My goal was to build strength that would support my hypermobility and alleviate the pain I would feel often associated with dancing. To my delight, weight lifting proved to be an incredibly effective solution.

Now, I want to share my knowledge with dancers and athletes alike. I’m confident my experience in gym, in the studio, and on the stage can be beneficial to others at any point on their own journey. I’m ready to help you reach your goals!
